What to include

  • iOS version and device model, typed manually when relevant
  • Whether the file is EDF or EDF+
  • What you expected to happen
  • The steps that reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots only when they do not expose identifiers or sensitive content

Before sending files or screenshots

Do not send patient identifiers, raw EDF files, medical records, or personal health information unless you intentionally choose to do so. Support messages are used to respond to requests, debug issues, and understand product feedback.

EEG TraceLab is for research, education, and non-clinical signal inspection. It is not a medical device and should not be used for clinical decisions, monitoring, emergency response, or medical advice.
